**Job Title** Influence & Events Assistant – Internship (International) **Role Summary** Support the Press & Influence Manager in executing the company’s influence strategy and organizing press and influence events across France and selected international markets for a 6‑month internship beginning January 2026. **Expectations** - Work closely with cross‑functional teams under the Guidance of the Press & Influence Manager. - Deliver measurable outputs for affiliation programmes and event logistics. - Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication in English (primary language). **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor and manage affiliation programmes (talent research, outreach, product shipment coordination, reporting) for France, Spain, Germany, UK, and Mexico. - Conduct regular market research on influencer profiles and trends. - Coordinate international product logistics for PAID Influence shipments to Spain, Germany, and Mexico. - Assist in planning and executing press and influence events: venue and vendor coordination, invitation management, attendee onboarding, and venue support. - Prepare and maintain accurate schedules, budgets, and post‑event reports. **Required Skills** - Proactive, meticulous, and organized with a strong attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English; French not mandatory but beneficial. - Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s program (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. - Internship experience preferred but not required.
