Job Description
Job title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Lead the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of health‑tech clients, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth through proactive support, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration. Expectations: - Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction and NPS targets. - Drive adoption of ambient voice platform to meet usage benchmarks. - Secure successful renewals and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Provide timely, accurate insights to stakeholders and influence product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Own and grow a defined account portfolio, building trusted relationships with clinic leadership and clinical champions. - Conduct onboarding, training, and adoption workshops to maximize value realization. - Monitor account health using usage data, engagement metrics, and risk indicators; take corrective action proactively. - Resolve escalated issues in partnership with Support, Product, and Technical teams. - Deliver regular business reviews, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on upsell/cross‑sell initiatives and forecast contributions. - Maintain precise, up‑to‑date account information in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced startup environment; think creatively to solve problems. Required Skills: - Strong customer‑obsession and relationship‑building ability. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to senior leaders. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and data‑driven with proficiency in dashboards and analytics. - High emotional intelligence and resilience under change. - Commercial awareness of C‑tact value and growth strategies. - Ability to learn and demo core product features accurately. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Technology, or related field. - Prior experience in customer success, account management, or healthcare tech sales (preferred). - Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and K‑PIs for CS roles.
