Job Description: **Job Title** Windows Systems Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Provide expertise in the integration, operation, and maintenance of Windows‑based IT infrastructures within a datacenter environment. Deliver level 2 and 3 support to clients, manage incidents, problems, and change processes, and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. **Expectations** - Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Windows or Linux environments. - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. - Strong analytical skills and appetite for innovative solutions. - Demonstrated customer‑focus, professionalism, and clear communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance of client infrastructures. - Provide level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve incidents. - Participate in the deployment of new technical solutions and upgrades. - Apply and enforce established processes for incidents, problems, and change management. - Maintain operational readiness of environments and infrastructure components. - Identify, propose, and implement automation for recurrent tasks and process improvements. - Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation and procedures. **Required Skills** - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments; proficiency in Linux considered an asset. - Hands‑on experience with Citrix, VMware, Hyper‑V, Microsoft Exchange, or remote desktop solutions. - Understanding of virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices. - Familiarity with configuration management and scripting (PowerShell, Bash). - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience accepted). - Professional certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or similar.
