Job Description

**Job title:** Senior Director, AI Strategy & Enablement **Role Summary:** Lead enterprise-wide AI strategy, governance, and execution, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to drive high‑impact, value‑creating AI solutions. **Expectations:** - Develop a cohesive AI vision and roadmap that supports organizational objectives. - Influence executive leadership to prioritize and adopt AI initiatives. - Build and sustain an AI Center of Excellence with robust governance, reusable capabilities, and measurable impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Mentor and coach managers and team members, elevating talent across the data and analytics organization. - Advise senior leaders on AI‑driven transformation and secure buy‑in. - Create and communicate the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities. - Establish and enforce AI governance, including risk frameworks and responsible AI practices. - Partner with business and IT leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high‑value AI projects. - Oversee the AI initiative portfolio, ensuring delivery of scalable, high‑impact solutions. - Drive organizational readiness through training, change management, and enablement programs. - Define KPIs to measure AI impact on business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience. - Manage budgets and participate in financial planning and reviews. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and governance frameworks. - Strategic vision and execution capability with a strong business acumen. - Executive‑level influencing and communication skills. - Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional teams (≥5 years). - Change leadership and organizational enablement. - Ability to translate data insights into actionable business decisions. - Knowledge of AI Center of Excellence models and enterprise‑scale digital transformation. - Experience with AI platforms, analytics, and enterprise data ecosystems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field (advanced degree or MBA preferred). - Certifications in AI/ML, data governance, or related disciplines are advantageous.
