Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable, secure applications using the latest .NET technologies. **Expectations:** - Multiple years of professional .NET backend development experience. - Strong commitment to learning and applying new technologies (e.g., .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch). - Ability to thrive in an agile, cross‑functional team and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and refactor backend services using .NET Core / .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core. - Translate business stories into functional code in collaboration with technical architects. - Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure reliability and quality. - Diagnose and resolve production incidents, proposing long‑term solutions. - Participate in code reviews, continuous integration pipelines (TeamCity, GitLab CI), and deployment automation (Octopus). - Engage in R&D activities to prototype and evaluate emerging tools and patterns. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core. - Experienced with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing efficient queries and database design. - Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ) and search/analytics stacks (ElasticSearch, Kibana). - Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks (React) and front‑end integration. - Version control (Git), build automation, and CI/CD tools. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning abilities. - Good communication skills and proven collaborative mindset in Agile environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant .NET certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus but not mandatory.
