Job Description
Job Title: IT Graduate Role Summary: Provide foundational IT support and system administration within a global technology organization, contributing to daily operations, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Gain hands‑on experience across hardware, software, networks, and user support while developing professional competencies for future technical leadership. Expectations: - Complete onboarding and mandatory training programs. - Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude and adaptability to evolving technologies. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, high‑quality IT solutions. - Maintain professional standards of documentation, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver first‑line technical support (desktop, laptop, peripheral, and mobile devices). - Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and productivity applications. - Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points, under supervision. - Participate in asset management, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management of hardware and software. - Create and update knowledge base articles, user guides, and standard operating procedures. - Contribute to small projects such as system upgrades, patching, and data migration. - Uphold security policies by performing routine checks, enforcing password policies, and responding to incidents. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Commitment to customer‑service excellence and continuous learning. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) are an advantage but not mandatory.
