Children and Families Across Borders (CFAB) is a unique UK-based charity which identifies and protects children who have been separated from family members as a consequence of trafficking, abduction, migration, divorce, conflict and asylum. Mission: To advocate for children and other vulnerable individuals by ensuring that their best interests are paramount and that their right to family life is respected. To make our skills, knowledge and network available to all parties involved with or affected by cross-border separation, whether the enquiry comes from individuals, family members, lawyers, social workers, Judges or other professionals. To build our reputation as a unique provider of these services in the UK. To provide expert services to, and on behalf of, any relevant professional organisation or individual needing our help and unique knowledge and expertise. Job title: Digital Engagement and Outreach Lead Role Summary: Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital tools and outreach strategies to enhance organisational impact and staff capacity. Work cross‑functionally to assess current digital capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver accessible guidance and training. Expectations: Report to the Deputy CEO; contribute to organisational digital transformation; participate in a structured leadership learning programme; adapt to evolving responsibilities to meet service user needs. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organisational and time‑management ability. - Detail‑oriented approach to project planning and execution. - Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word). - Working knowledge of digital platforms and awareness of ethical considerations. Required Education & Certifications: - Entry‑level qualification (high‑school diploma or equivalent). - Relevant university coursework or degree preferred (e.g., Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology). - No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of digital ethics and data protection principles is desirable.
