**Job Title**: Head of Property Management & Heritage Department
**Role Summary**: Oversees renovation, maintenance, and optimization of a 200,000 m² educational/science complex, ensuring operational efficiency and visitor experience for 2 million annual visitors. Manages multidisciplinary project teams and technical budgets.
**Expectations**: 10+ years in heritage/project management (MOA/MAO), proven leadership in technical teams, expertise in building renovation, and hands-on oversight of complex construction projects from planning to execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, train, and evaluate a team of 8 (6 project managers, 1 coordinator, BIM specialist, signage manager).
- Strategize and execute multi-year projects (renovations, moves, signage) across museums, offices, parking, warehouses, etc.
- Monitor compliance with public procurement laws, safety regulations (ERP), and budget adherence for all works.
- Manage BIM model development for a 200,000 m² site and coordinate with internal stakeholders (service quality, security).
- Supervise procurement processes, contractor management, and risk mitigation across 200,000 m² of operational infrastructure.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM software, and heritage management tools.
- Deep knowledge of public procurement laws, ERP safety regulations, and technical feasibility studies.
- Strong leadership, project planning, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Advanced engineering degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering (ESTP, INSA, EIVP, etc.).
- Minimum 10 years in MOA/MAO roles managing large-scale public or cultural facility projects.
