Job Title: Consultant(e) en implémentation F/H
Job Description: Job Title: Implementation Consultant (M/F) Role Summary: Deploy and operationalize technical solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with functional requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end implementation projects on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality metrics; maintain proactive stakeholder communication; provide post‑deployment support; demonstrate strong client orientation and problem‑solving skills. Key Responsibilities - Analyze functional and technical client needs. - Lead end‑to‑end implementation of hardware and software solutions, ensuring adherence to project plans. - Install and configure access control systems and level sensors. - Conduct functional testing and transition to production. - Deliver user and administrator training. - Generate and maintain project reports following administrative and implementation processes. - Provide Level 2/3 support and post‑deployment follow‑up. - Collaborate closely with technical, product, and sales teams. - Maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding implementations and contract effectiveness. - Participate in regular work meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Required Skills - ≥ 5 years of experience in technical or software solution implementation, preferably in IoT or smart city contexts. - Strong understanding of connected systems: sensors, networks, software platforms. - Proficient with SaaS environments, databases, and application configuration. - Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Self‑sufficient, methodical, and customer‑service oriented. - Fluent in English (oral & written); Dutch language skills considered an advantage. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s (Bac‑2) to Master’s (Bac‑5) degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, IoT, RFID) are a plus but not mandatory.
