**Job Title:** Programme Team Leader **Role Summary:** Lead a team delivering job brokerage and IAG (Individualised Action Guidance) services, building employer partnerships, and ensuring high‑quality employability support for residents, with a focus on disadvantaged groups. **Expectations:** - Deliver results against set employment targets. - Maintain proactive, organized leadership, fostering a collaborative team culture. - Demonstrate commitment to creating opportunities for under‑represented populations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage frontline operations of the job brokerage team. - Motivate and coach staff to achieve service quality and performance objectives. - Cultivate and sustain relationships with employers to secure jobs, apprenticeships, and placements. - Monitor and enhance the quality of employability support across projects. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership and team‑management experience. - Strong employer relationship and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of current labour market trends and employment services. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project‑management abilities. - Passion for social inclusion and support of disadvantaged groups. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. - Relevant experience in employment services, job brokerage, or related fields. - Professional qualifications in human resources, social work, or vocational training are an advantage.
