Job Description: Job title Quantitative Researcher/Developer (Internship) Role Summary Internship focused on advancing systematic cross‑asset macro and equity models through enhanced volatility modeling, data pipelines, backtesting frameworks, and ML/AI techniques, in collaboration with portfolio managers and research teams. Expectations - Deliver functional data pipelines and analytics tools within a 6‑month period. - Actively contribute to strategy development, deployment, and performance evaluation. - Communicate results clearly to stakeholders and integrate feedback into iterative improvements. - Gain hands‑on experience across the entire investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement robust data acquisition and processing pipelines. - Build sophisticated analytics and backtesting frameworks for systematic trading strategies. - Optimize existing infrastructure for expanded functionality and performance. - Collaborate with portfolio managers in hypothesis discussion and result analysis. - Participate in daily cross‑functional meetings to align on investment objectives and technical solutions. Required Skills - Proficiency in Python with strong software development practices (Git, containerization, MLOps). - Experience in quantitative strategy development, statistical trading, risk analytics, and portfolio construction. - Knowledge of signal processing and machine learning algorithms applied to investment strategies. - Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts. - Fluency in French. Required Education & Certifications - Current Master’s (M2) candidate in Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Machine Learning, or Physics from a leading institution.
