Job title: Freelance Senior Project Manager Role Summary: Lead cross‑disciplinary, multi‑channel program management for high‑value client accounts. Partner with business and discipline leaders to scope, resource, deliver, and close projects while driving profit targets and process excellence. Expactations: - Act as primary client‑facing manager for business leadership and discipline leads. - Advocate healthy, measurable workflows that support growth and profitability. - Maintain day‑to‑day communication, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Required Skills: - 3–5 years managing large‑scale, integrated projects with cross‑media expertise (traditional, digital, social activations). - Advanced scope management and staff‑plan creation. - Strategic conversation skills with senior leadership on staffing and scoping. - Strong leadership, motivation, and analytical mindset. - Client‑direct negotiation and conflict‑resolution capability. - Adaptability in fast‑paced environments; effective communication under pressure. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.
