Job Description

**Job Title:** Application Manager **Role Summary:** Responsible for managing, monitoring, and evolving a newly implemented business application within the organization. Focuses on data migration, documentation, scheduling, and workshop coordination to ensure successful adoption and integration with existing systems. **Expectations:** - Manage end‑to‑end application lifecycle during installation and roll‑out. - Engage with internal teams and external integrators to ensure alignment. - Deliver clear documentation, test plans, and progress reports. - Maintain on‑site presence for effective coordination and issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform data migration and validate data integrity. - Draft and maintain technical and user documentation. - Schedule and lead workshops for stakeholders. - Write test specifications and review existing unit and business tests. - Communicate test results and issues to integrators and project teams. - Support day‑to‑day application incidents, diagnosing and resolving promptly. - Coordinate project activities, milestones, and deliverables. - Liaise with database administrators and ERP teams for integration requirements. **Required Skills:** - Strong technical writing and documentation skills. - Ability to diagnose and resolve application incidents efficiently. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. - Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination. - Familiarity with database management concepts. - Experience in ERP or complex business application environments is highly valued. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
