Job Description
Job title: Stage – Sales Development Representative (SDR) – F/H Role Summary: Intern responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline for a SaaS HRtech product, sourcing, qualifying, and engaging leads, and booking qualified demos to drive early-stage revenue growth. Expectations: 6‑month internship beginning January/February 2026, with opportunity for a full‑time contract thereafter. Direct collaboration with the co‑founder and daily coordination within the sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Source and qualify leads through LinkedIn and HubSpot. • Design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel outreach sequences. • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs. • Book qualified demonstrations for the sales executive. • Maintain and enrich the HubSpot pipeline with accurate data. • Contribute to the creation of the SDR playbook and sales scripts. • Work closely with founders to refine messaging and target personas. Required Skills: • Proficiency in cold calling and persuasive copywriting. • Strong organizational ability, resilience, and curiosity. • Results‑orientated mindset with a customer focus. • Comfortable with fast‑paced startup environment; able to iterate quickly. • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and general prospecting/marketing tools. Required Education & Certifications: • Enrolled in a Master’s program or a gap‑year (césure) from a business school or equivalent. • Previous SDR or sales‑related experience preferred but not mandatory. ---
