Job Description: Job Title: Platform Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and operate secure, scalable production environments on Kubernetes for enterprise API platforms. Drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure. Expectations: Deliver high‑availability, self‑healing environments while collaborating cross‑functionally and providing customer‑centric technical support. Key Responsibilities - Provision and manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and Helm releases. - Develop and maintain IaC pipelines using Terraform, Argo CD/Workflows, and Cloud‑provider APIs (AWS/Azure). - Resolve operational incidents, investigate root causes, and implement preventative measures. - Contribute to the NextGen Cloud platform architecture and feature roadmap. - Produce technical documentation, run internal TechTalks, and mentor junior engineers. - Continuously evaluate and adopt observability, CI/CD, and security tooling to enhance platform quality.
