Job title: Executive Coordinator
Role Summary:
Strategic facilitator and operational integrator supporting the Accountable Manager. Ensures coherent alignment of ground, flight, CAMO, GCC, and safety functions, drives regulatory compliance, and delivers continuous improvement across the airline’s AOC.
Expectations:
- Maintain overarching oversight of day‑to‑day operations without line‑management authority.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental priorities to meet company objectives and regulatory mandates.
- Provide analytical dashboards, decision‑support materials, and status reports for senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Accountable Manager, departmental heads, and external regulators or partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate coordination and structured follow‑up for Ground Operations, Flight Operations, CAMO, GCC, and Safety & Compliance teams.
- Ensure consistent application of operational manuals, safety processes, and regulatory requirements across all departments.
- Oversee workforce planning: capacity forecasting, competency tracking, and safety culture initiatives.
- Lead process review and harmonization projects to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Support digitalization and performance‑improvement initiatives, integrating cross‑functional insights.
- Act as central interface for priority clarification, decision dissemination, and action tracking between operational, commercial, and HQ functions.
- Represent management in interactions with aviation authorities, airports, and key operational partners when required.
- Develop and maintain governance mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting tools that inform strategic execution.

- Experience managing complex, shift‑based operational teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international aviation regulations, EASA compliance frameworks, ICAO standards, and certification processes.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in an operational aviation role with leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated understanding of EASA Part‑145/147, Part‑M, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Relevant aviation or safety certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, EASA Safety Management System certification) are advantageous.
