Job Description
**Job Title** Digital Functional Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end functional IT projects, translating business requirements into detailed specifications and ensuring successful deployment of ERP, CRM, and related solutions. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high quality. **Expectations** - Execute 3‑5 year‑old functional project management experience in a multinational setting. - Proven expertise in SAP ByDesign, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Lucca, Esker, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate). - Professional working proficiency in English (oral & written). - Ability to manage cross‑functional teams, external partners, and multi‑country roll‑outs. **Key Responsibilities** - Capture, analyze, and document functional requirements; lead workshops and produce detailed functional specifications. - Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, KPIs, risk registers, and provide regular stakeholder reporting. - Configure and administer ERP/CRM solutions, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes. - Coordinate efforts of business users, technical developers, and external vendors; manage vendor relationships and deliverables. - Design and execute functional testing, oversee go‑live deployments, and conduct post‑implementation reviews. - Deliver end‑user training, create functional documentation, and provide Level‑2 functional support. **Required Skills** - Strong project management and organizational abilities. - In‑depth knowledge of ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and middleware systems. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Analytical thinking, prioritization, and problem‑solving aptitude. - Proactive approach to challenging requirements and deliverables. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Minimum 3–5 years of functional project management experience. - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAP ByDesign Functional Consultant, or equivalent are advantageous.
