**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Design, ship, and maintain core backend infrastructure for an AI-native distribution platform. Collaborate directly with founders and the CTO to shape technical direction, take ownership of system components, and deliver production-ready features to real customers. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality code in a fast‑moving, pre‑seed environment. - Own specific systems or components from design through operation. - Work on integrations and automation pipelines that enable AI‑native applications. - Actively participate in technical decisions with senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and evolve backend services and third‑party integrations. - Develop automation pipelines and agentic workflows for AI app lifecycle. - Deploy and operate production features, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement observability. - Collaborate with founders/CTO on architecture and feature roadmaps. **Required Skills** - Strong fundamentals in software engineering (data structures, algorithms, design patterns). - Proficiency in API development (REST, OpenAPI, GraphQL). - Experience with backend languages: TypeScript, Node.js, or Python. - Comfortable delivering production‑grade code and managing code quality. - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS). - Basic Kubernetes and orchestrator knowledge a plus. - Ability to build and work with LLM‑based workflows and task orchestration. - Solid understanding of logging, metrics, and basic monitoring tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required but knowledge of cloud and containerization concepts is preferred.
