Job Description
**Job title** Electrical Engineering Internship **Role Summary** Internship for soon‑to‑be or recent graduates in Electrical Engineering to gain hands‑on experience in commissioning and startup of clean‑room fabrication facilities. Work with senior commissioning engineers on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of utility systems, research, data analysis, and technical reporting. **Expactations** - Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. - Attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards. - Proactive participation in training and development activities. **Key Responsibilities** - Shadow and support commissioning engineers during daily tasks. - Observe and assist in FAT of utilities and equipment essential for clean‑room operation. - Collaborate with engineering and other professional teams to complete assigned assignments. - Conduct research, perform data analysis, and contribute to technical reports. - Engage in ongoing training, skill enhancement, and on‑the‑job learning opportunities. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility commissioning activities. **Required Skills** - Strong academic foundation in electrical engineering principles. - Competency in PC and MS Office applications; familiarity with SQL, Python coding, and Smartsheets is an advantage. - Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in team settings and independently. - Strong attention to detail and dedication to workplace safety. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering slated to graduate by December 2025, *or* recent college graduate holding a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. - Proof of enrollment or degree completion required. - No prior professional work experience mandatory; academic projects and coursework relevant to commissioning or utilities are considered a plus. ---
