Job Description
Job Title: Design Intern Role Summary: Assist in brand design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with strategists, motion designers, and creative leads. Contribute to visual storytelling across digital and print media, enhancing brand value through creative solutions. Expectations: - 3‑4 month paid internship, full‑time (3‑4 days onsite, hybrid). - Minimum of 3 completed semesters in a related degree. - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, and conceptual thinking. - Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and deliverables for client brand projects. - Support the design team in creating visual assets for print, web, and motion. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (strategy, motion, tech) to align design with business goals. - Participate in creative brainstorming, critique sessions, and client presentations. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and project specifications. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; enthusiasm for learning. - Experience or familiarity with Processing/p5.js, generative design, or similar platforms is a plus. - Strong visual communication, typography, and layout skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a passion for brand storytelling. Required Education & Certifications: - Undergraduate or graduate student in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline. - No specific certifications required, but a demonstrated portfolio of brand work is mandatory.
