Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Role Summary: Execute and optimize in‑house digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, generate qualified inquiries, and support leasing and corporate housing demand for a flagship residential property and broader portfolio. Expectations: Deliver measurable lead generation and traffic growth through SEO, paid media, and content initiatives. Align digital campaigns with business development goals and maintain consistent brand messaging across all online channels. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) to drive qualified leads. - Own digital execution for the flagship building, including website updates, landing pages, SEO, and paid ads. - Support portfolio‑wide marketing initiatives as needed. - Create and maintain website content, property descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts. - Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO optimization, and content optimization. - Monitor campaign performance, track budgets, analyze traffic and conversion data, and report insights to improve results. - Coordinate with Business Development and Leasing teams to align digital activities with occupancy and growth objectives. - Maintain and schedule social media channels in line with marketing calendars. Required Skills: - 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience. - Proficiency with SEO (keyword research, on‑page optimization). - Experience managing Google Ads and/or paid social campaigns. - Strong content creation skills (website copy, blogs, emails, social media). - CMS experience (content management system). - Analytical ability to use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and paid‑media dashboards. - Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). - Google Ads Certification (preferred).
