Job Description
**Job Title:** Project Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinates and tracks multi‑channel projects from implementation through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and stakeholder approvals. Acts as the central liaison between agency, client, and internal teams to maintain project momentum and quality. **Expectations:** - Work West Coast business hours. - Maintain accurate project schedules and meet milestone deadlines. - Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and vendors. - Ensure all project tasks are routed and completed within the digital workflow system. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the Project Management team in monitoring project progress across all phases. - Develop and maintain detailed timelines for multichannel initiatives, balancing agency and client requirements. - Coordinate input and approvals from relevant team members for timing and deliverables. - Track and report project status, flagging risks or delays to senior staff. - Manage digital routing of jobs to keep tasks on‑track and on‑time. - Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems proactively. - Proficiency with project management and digital routing tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar). - Team‑oriented mindset with capability to work under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) – preferred concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. - Prior experience in project management or project planning is preferred but not mandatory. - No specific certifications required; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
