Deliver ROI-focused results through scalable, localized programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own EMEA field marketing strategy aligned to company growth and sales goals. - Develop localized programs (events, ABM, digital campaigns) while adapting corporate-wide initiatives. - Foster collaboration between global and regional teams to balance consistency and market nuance. - Partner with sales, product marketing, and RevOps teams to align strategies and execute QBRs. - Monitor campaign performance, establish OKRs, and optimize ROI using analytics. - Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee budget allocation across regions. - Build and lead teams that prioritize innovation and thought leadership in regional marketing. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in strategic marketing planning, demand generation, and ABM. - Strong data literacy for performance analysis and decision-making. - Cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments. - Proficiency in marketing tech (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, SFDC, intent tools). - Advanced communication and executive presentation skills. - Negotiation and vendor management capabilities at scale. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of leadership experience at Senior Director Level. - Demonstrated success in budget management, team development, and global marketing strategy execution.
