Job Description: Job Title: Customer Success Executive (UK) Role Summary: Manage end‑to‑end success of research projects for high‑profile clients, acting as first‑line support and advisory point. Ensure timely participant recruitment, project feasibility, and smooth platform utilisation. Expectations: • Deliver first‑contact resolution with high client satisfaction. • Maintain on‑time recruitment and study launch metrics. • Provide expertise on feasibility and ethical screening. • Upskill clients on Askable tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary client, researcher, and participant contact, resolving queries rapidly. - Review and approve study details (screeners, incentives, quotas) and flag risks. - Advise on feasibility using data and market insights for sales and enterprise teams. - Conduct onboarding, training, and platform adoption sessions for new clients. - Monitor live dashboards, coordinate multi‑source campaigns, and intervene early on lagging studies. - Collaborate with Marketing Specialists to manage participant recruitment campaigns. - Ensure participant welfare and complaint escalation protocols are followed. - Provide return‑on‑learning insights, update playbooks, FAQs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years SaaS or tech support experience, preferably in research. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Demonstrated multi‑tasking and prioritisation in fast‑paced settings. - Proficient with CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, and Notion. - Familiarity with UX research workflows or participant platforms is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
