Job title: Director of Global Brand & Strategic Marketing
Role Summary:
Strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the global brand and marketing strategy for a cybersecurity provider, aligning with a key Google Cloud partnership, and building a standardized marketing operations hub to deliver consistent, high‑impact messaging across digital touchpoints.
Expactations:
- Deliver measurable growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and partner enablement.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all assets and channels.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, innovate with AI and digital tools, and present results to senior leadership.
- Meet quarterly marketing KPIs within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enforce global brand identity, asset governance, and source‑of‑truth processes.
- Own content strategy, backlog, and distribution calendar for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and executive communications.
- Ghostwrite and edit technical content into compelling, sales‑focused narratives.
- Drive AI‑enabled content production, video editing, and market research initiatives.
- Design, update, and optimize HubSpot landing pages and digital experiences to improve user journeys and lead routing.
- Lead SEO and AI Search Optimization (AEO), manage analytics tags, and report performance to growth leadership.
- Map and refine conversion funnels, reducing bounce rates and driving conversion through solution‑to‑consultation flows.
- Create sales and partner enablement assets such as battle cards, call‑prep sheets, and templates.
- Curate partner portal UX, ensuring global partners can easily access and deploy marketing assets.
- Mentor and develop the marketing operations team.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in cybersecurity or MSSP.
- Deep understanding of the Google Cloud partnership ecosystem.
- Expertise in brand strategy, content architecture, and digital marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Jira/Confluence, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Lucidchart.
- Strong executive‑level writing and storytelling.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, Cling, Nano Banana).
- Data‑driven decision making, analytics, and KPI reporting.
- Collaborative stakeholder management.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Google Cloud Partner Marketing are a plus.
