**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Build, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business processes. Responsible for user and license management, developing custom solutions, and ensuring best‑practice implementation across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
**Expectations:**
- Automate business processes and extend Salesforce functionality.
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable code in an Agile SDLC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations and dashboards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.
- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC, Aura).
- Create and maintain Flows to streamline business processes.
- Develop outbound and inbound integrations (APIs, middleware).
- Write and optimize SOQL queries; generate comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Implement and enforce Salesforce best practices (code standards, security).
- Use CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins) and source‑control repositories.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a production environment.
**Required Skills:**
- 2+ years of Salesforce developer experience.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Flow.
- Strong SOQL and database query expertise.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Git repositories.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Platform Developer I (preferred).
