**Job Title:** Business Development Manager (Enterprise Sales Executive) **Role Summary:** Drive new business acquisition for digital marketing and recruitment solutions to global enterprise accounts, achieving high revenue targets through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship management. **Expectations:** - Target OTE exceeding £70 k with uncapped commission structure. - Meet or surpass quarterly sales quotas. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and qualify high‑value enterprise prospects through research, networking, and inbound lead conversion. - Conduct needs assessments and present customized digital marketing and recruitment solutions to senior stakeholders. - Lead negotiations, close deals, and finalize contracts, ensuring profitable terms and compliance with company policies. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM. - Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements and post‑sale implementation. - Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to improve win rates and revenue growth. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, recruitment, or related tech solutions. - Strong prospecting, networking, and objection‑handling capabilities. - Ability to articulate complex solutions to C‑level audiences and influence purchasing decisions. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving OTE goals. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and resilient under high‑pressure targets. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, SPIN Selling, or similar) preferred.
