Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure web applications across front‑end and back‑end using .NET, React, Python, PHP (Laravel), C#, and Node.js, with a focus on performance, data‑centric solutions, and healthcare compliance.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, mission‑critical software; ensure scalability, high availability, and compliance with HIPAA/NIST standards; mentor junior engineers; stay current with industry best practices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Design, configure, and deploy serverless and cloud‑based solutions on AWS (Amplify, EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS, RDS).
- Optimize application performance and handle large data sets.
- Apply secure coding practices and ensure data handling compliance.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
- Create reusable components and frameworks for consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Participate in architectural decision‑making and long‑term strategy.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years full‑stack development experience.
- Proficient in React, Node.js, .NET, C#, Python, PHP/Laravel, Bootstrap.
- Experience deploying and managing AWS serverless applications (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, static code analysis.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control.
- Ability to write secure, HIPAA‑compliant code.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer) preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in regulated healthcare environments and compliance standards (HIPAA, NIST).
