**Job Title:**
Cybersecurity Unit Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coordinate the SECOP‑I unit within the ARTES department of SNCF Réseau, overseeing Level‑2 incident support, deployment and maintenance of security‑critical telecom equipment, SOC‑I operations, and production processes. Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of network and industrial IT services while managing budget, KPIs, and documentation.
**Expactations:**
- Drive unit production planning and prioritization based on impact, deadlines, and security directives.
- Maintain compliance with security procedures (KN1/KN2) and internal governance.
- Deliver reliable incident and alert management, reporting to the ARTES director.
- Foster team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Directly manage a multidisciplinary team (task allocation, workload balancing, performance monitoring).
- Oversee Level‑2 incident handling and technical troubleshooting for security devices (firewalls, routers, switches, bastions, PKI/HSM, vulnerability probes, etc.).
- Lead commissioning and remote configuration of new supervised equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective remote maintenance (parameter changes, version updates).
- Pilot SOC‑I operations, serve as primary liaison for SOC alerts.
- Manage architecture and operational documentation; standardize processes and procedures.
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs; ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and internal industrial domains (traction, telecom, signalling).
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in network infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, Linux/Windows system administration, and security appliances.
- Expertise in incident management, root‑cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
- Leadership and people‑management capabilities; ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Analytical mindset with excellent synthesis, written communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a complex industrial environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Computer Networks, Industrial IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Equivalent scientific or managerial degree with specialization in information systems or cybersecurity.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, or equivalent) are desirable but not mandatory.
