**Job Title:** Advisor – Client Relations & Solution Mapping **Role Summary:** Act as the strategic first point of contact for high‑value clients including business leaders, investors, and expatriates. Diagnose client needs across French fiscal, financial, and multi‑jurisdictional domains, pitch appropriate solutions, and manage end‑to‑end coordination with internal specialists. **Expectations:** - Manage a pipeline of qualified inbound leads and convert into actionable client dossiers. - Serve as a trusted adviser, ensuring client objectives are fully understood and met. - Drive client satisfaction by fostering clear communication and timely follow‑up. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive and qualify inbound leads, conducting phone interviews with diverse clients (CEOs, investors, wealthy individuals, expat project owners). - Gather and structure critical data: personal/professional context, existing structures, objectives (optimisation, investment, international structuring). - Determine the appropriate service area: French financial/fiscal advice or cross‑border structuring. - Identify the most relevant jurisdiction and arrange introductions with the corresponding tax, legal, or international specialist. - Follow up post‑consultation to confirm client understanding and close the care funnel. - Coordinate with legal and tax teams to oversee project execution from launch to completion, remaining the single point of contact. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status in CRM. **Required Skills:** - Strong commercial mindset with a focus on value‑added advisory. - Deep interest and foundational knowledge in tax, finance, corporate structuring, and international issues. - Excellent listening, questioning, and concise communication skills (oral and written). - Ability to quickly synthesize complex information and articulate solutions. - Professional demeanor, service orientation, and strong relational skills. - Comfortable handling outbound calls and client negotiations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, French tax qualifications) are a plus but not mandatory. - Prior experience in consulting, finance, real estate, wealth management, or B2B environments advantageous.
