Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Internship – Opportunity Detection & Customer Success Role Summary: Dynamic, hands‑on sales intern responsible for qualifying leads, supporting cross‑functional sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate prospect data to accelerate the pipeline. Expectations: Thrive in a fast‑paced B2B environment; deliver thorough lead qualification; collaborate with Sales, Account Management, PreSales, and Marketing teams; maintain high standards of data integrity and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting calls and qualify leads for the sales team. • Contribute to marketing and sales campaigns, including data gathering and feedback. • Build and update prospecting dashboards in Excel and Salesforce to track campaign progress and analyze results. • Provide operational support to the Sales department and coordinate with PreSales, Account Management, and Marketing. • Ensure precise and up‑to‑date client information in Salesforce. Required Skills: • Strong verbal communication in French and English; comfortable on phone. • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel – pivot tables, formulas, charts, advanced functions). • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Resilient, persistent, curious, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Current student in business, commerce, university, or equivalent; internship agreement valid for the full duration of the program.
