**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Support end‑to‑end marketing execution for B2C campaigns across retail, e‑commerce, and social platforms. Create and optimize digital ad campaigns, SEO, and timely visual assets that drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
**Expectations:**
- 6‑month contract with potential for full‑time conversion.
- Deliver high‑quality creative and marketing assets on time.
- Actively contribute to campaign strategy and performance analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the creation, deployment, and performance monitoring of multi‑channel campaigns (social, email, in‑store, product launches).
- Produce copy that maintains a consistent brand voice across all content.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic planning.
- Set up, run, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and paid social, handling ad creative, copy, and budgeting.
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, meta data, and content strategy.
- Track and report campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and provide improvement recommendations.
- Design high‑resolution visual assets (flyers, signage, social graphics, email banners, web assets, packaging) and ensure brand compliance.
- Manage final artwork files, production specs, and coordinate with vendors for printing and digital outputs.
- Source, edit, and optimize product imagery and lifestyle photography.
**Required Skills:**
- 1–3 years of marketing, graphic design, or digital marketing experience (retail, consumer goods, or e‑commerce preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong visual design sensibility with a portfolio of consumer‑focused work.
- Digital advertising knowledge (Google Ads, paid social) and performance tracking.
- SEO fundamentals, keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content recommendations.
- Copywriting ability; consistent brand tone across channels.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and deadline management.
- Collaborative communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint).
- Familiarity with Canva or similar quick‑turn design tools (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent documented experience.
