**Job Title** Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern – ERP Solutions **Role Summary** Part-time intern focused on identifying prospective customers, initiating first‑contact outreach, and collaborating with the sales team to generate new business opportunities for ERP software solutions. **Expectations** - Acquire foundational knowledge of ERP products and market positioning. - Build rapport with prospects and qualify leads for the sales pipeline. - Consistently achieve weekly outreach and qualified lead targets. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct market research to discover and segment potential clients. - Manage and update a prospect database using CRM tools. - Initiate outbound communication (calls, emails, social media) with prospects. - Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, timeline, and authority. - Schedule discovery calls for senior sales representatives. - Liaise with marketing and product teams to convey prospect feedback. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication in English. - Ability to research and identify new business opportunities. - Familiarity with sales‑automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Self‑motivation, persistence, and time‑management skills. - Quick adaptation to new technology tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment or recent graduation in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. - Certificate or coursework in sales, lead generation, or digital marketing is a plus.
