Job title: CX Operations Analyst Intern Role Summary: Supports the Customer Care Operations team in enhancing call center and logistics workforce efficiency through data analysis, reporting, and cross‑department collaboration. Expactations: Deliver actionable insights, develop labor‑planning strategies for both Customer Care and Logistics divisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Explore and master systems such as Salesforce, LevelAI, Five9, and Verint. - Review daily, weekly, and monthly CX reporting for service‑level planning and customer feedback. - Apply CX labor‑planning concepts to logistics operations and develop a unified view. - Research industry standards, collaborate with leadership, and produce implementation plans for logistics workforce optimization. - Recommend best‑practice solutions to meet company performance standards. Required Skills - Strong analytical and organizational abilities with trend analysis experience. - Advanced Excel proficiency and data‑visualization tool skills. - Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and planning capabilities. - Effective communication and relationship‑building with cross‑functional leaders. Required Education & Certifications - Senior undergraduate or MBA student focused on Data Analysis, or recent graduate in a relevant field. - Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
