Job Description
**Job Title** Business Support Executive **Role Summary** Deliver high‑quality administrative and financial support to a fee‑earning team. Act as the primary liaison for documentation, process management, and financial stewardship, ensuring seamless operation during critical reporting periods. **Expectations** - Demonstrate a proactive, can‑do attitude. - Operate independently while collaborating across departments. - Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. - Maintain a professional, reliable service standard. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare, review, and distribute documentation. - Implement and maintain processes, including financial workflows, IT systems training, management systems, and health & safety procedures. - Lead invoicing, WIP/Debt management, and other financial stewardship tasks with minimal supervision. - Key contributor to monthly financial reporting activities. - Provide ongoing support to the Business Support team and wider fee‑earning units. **Required Skills** - Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and the Office suite. - Working knowledge of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, accounting entries). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Collaborative, proactive, and independent working style. - Ability to prioritise tasks and meet stringent deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant tertiary education in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - No mandatory certifications required; familiarity with accounting or business support software is a plus.
