Job title: Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end growth marketing for a high‑growth B2B SaaS company, translating revenue goals into scalable demand programs across paid, lifecycle, content, and partner channels. Own performance measurement, budget allocation, and cross‑functional alignment to drive a predictable, pipeline‑centric go‑to‑market engine.
Expectations: Deliver on marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced pipeline targets; forecast and report on CAC, ROI, and funnel efficiency; pivot budget and priorities in real time; leverage AI/automation for attribution, analytics, and forecasting; influence teams without direct authority; communicate effectively with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategy that transforms quarterly revenue targets into repeatable demand programs across paid media, lifecycle, content, and partner ecosystems.
- Own weekly/monthly growth performance dashboards; interpret pipeline impact, funnel conversion rates, CAC, and ROI, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage, analyze, and reallocate a multi‑channel growth budget, identifying under‑performing initiatives and reallocating spend to maximize ROI.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain clean attribution, automate workflows, and implement AI‑driven analytics and forecasting.
- Serve as escalation point for shifting priorities or timelines; unblock teams and keep momentum through influence and collaboration.
- Align stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Ops) on goals, performance metrics, and documentation of learnings to strengthen GTM systems.
- Drive prospecting and pipeline generation; focus on revenue impact rather than customer marketing.
Required Skills:
- 7–10 years of B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing experience in high‑growth environments.
- Proven ownership of pipeline or revenue targets; success in scaling demand programs across paid, lifecycle, content, and partner channels.
- Strong command of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and growth analytics platforms; ability to build and interpret attribution models.
- Experience managing and optimizing multi‑channel budgets.
- Decision‑making under uncertainty; ability to work with imperfect data, prioritize trade‑offs.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about practical AI and automation; demonstration of leveraging technology to accelerate learning and scale.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Professional certifications in HubSpot Marketing, Google Analytics/Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent are advantageous.
