**Job Title** Commercial Manager – Paris/Île‑de‑France (F/H) **Role Summary** Drive sales growth and sustain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers in the Paris/Île‑de‑France region. Partner with internal teams to deliver technical solutions, generate new business, and secure commercial agreements. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in a commercial role within medical devices or orthopaedics. - Proven track record of prospecting, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets. - Deep understanding of knee, hip, and joint‑replacement technologies. - Analytical mindset for market research and opportunity prioritisation. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with physicians and decision‑makers. - Valid driver’s licence (B) and willingness to travel across the region. **Key Responsibilities** - Acquire and nurture an existing client portfolio, ensuring high retention rates. - Identify, target, and win new customers to meet or exceed sales objectives. - Draft and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing terms. - Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and educational webinars to surgeons and staff. - Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Represent the company at national and regional conferences, workshops, and learning sessions. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, regulatory, supply chain) on bids and product launches. **Required Skills** - B2B sales & account management in medical technology. - Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, especially knee and hip arthroplasty. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English. - Self‑motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. - Relevant certifications in sales or medical device regulation are advantageous.
