Job Description: **Job Title** QSE Engineer – Civil Works & Green Spaces (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead quality, safety, and environmental (QSE) management for outdoor infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability across site and corporate operations. **Expectations** - Hold a Master’s level qualification (Bac+5) in QSE, HSE, or equivalent. - Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within landscaping, civil works, or public works. - Proactive, organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with field teams and senior management. **Key Responsibilities** - Define, implement, and monitor quality procedures for sites and company operations. - Conduct internal audits, analyse results, and recommend corrective action plans. - Identify and assess occupational risks for urban landscaping and civil works activities. - Develop and enforce prevention plans, safety procedures, and training programs (gestures, PPE, signage, equipment). - Track safety KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to management. - Promote environmentally responsible practices on sites (waste management, noise reduction, biodiversity). - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to civil works and landscaping. - Audit and continuous improvement expertise. - Project management, organization, and autonomy. - Excellent communication and relational skills. - Ability to work cross‑functionally with site staff and executive leadership. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in QSE, HSE, or equivalent engineering discipline. - Professional certifications in QSE/HSE (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, OSHA, or equivalent) preferred.
