**Job title** Engagement Manager **Role Summary** Serve as the primary client contact for daily needs, building and maintaining trust-based relationships with enterprise customers. Oversee customer health, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes for a trust, safety, and security solutions provider. **Expectations** - Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Protect client satisfaction and loyalty while identifying expansion opportunities. - Translate complex technical information into clear, stakeholder‑friendly narratives. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as day‑to‑day client liaison, responding to questions, requests, and escalations. - Monitor customer health metrics, satisfaction surveys, and usage data; flag risks early. - Track client goals, milestones, and feedback; provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. - Partner with product, engineering, operations, and sales teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure exceptional customer outcomes. - Escalate potential risks or incidents, coordinating rapid, cross‑org resolution to safeguard retention. - Propose and implement value‑adding initiatives that enhance the client experience and drive upsell opportunities. - Develop clear, concise client-facing documentation and presentations that bridge technical and non‑technical audiences. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of project or client‑management experience in security, malware, trust & safety, or related industries (customer‑facing). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at building rapport with senior stakeholders. - Strong problem‑solving ability with meticulous attention to detail. - Adaptive mindset with a willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Proven cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder‑management competence. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Information Security (CISSP, CEH) certifications preferred but not mandatory.
