Job Description: **Job Title:** Technical Sales Engineer **Role Summary:** Drive client satisfaction and business growth by delivering tailored technical solutions, supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining client relationships in a dynamic industrial sector. **Expectations:** - Provide expert technical-commercial support to sales and production teams. - Manage end-to-end client projects, from proposal to post-sale follow-up. - Represent the company at industry events to expand business networks. **Key Responsibilities:** -Assist sales management in addressing client requests and preparing technical proposals. -Lead cross-departmental collaboration with technical and production teams for accurate quotations and timelines. -Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and problem resolution. -Conduct independent contract negotiations and project management. -Deliver technical presentations and adapt client communication to diverse audiences (SMEs to corporates). -Engage with international clients through fluent English, ensuring cross-border collaboration. **Required Skills:** -Proficiency in translating technical processes into sales arguments. -Sales techniques and industrial sector knowledge. -Advanced CRM software and digital tools. -Strong verbal/written communication for complex technical presentations. -Project management and multitasking under deadlines. -Client relationship management and negotiation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** -Engineering degree (Mechanical/Industrial) or related MSc. -2+ years technical-sales experience in industrial environments; graduates with internship experience considered. -Fluent English; working knowledge of additional languages an asset.
