**Job Title:** Senior SAP Developer
**Role Summary:**
Lead development and architectural decisions for the organization’s SAP S/4H Enterprise. Engage in full‑cycle SAP system rollout and upgrade projects, coach junior developers, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions across key SAP modules.
**Expectations:**
- 7‑8 years of SAP ABAP and/or SAP FIORI/UI5 development experience.
- Proven ability to handle development across SD, MM, FI, and CO modules.
- Experience with Adobe form development; familiarity with SAP CI or BTP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; willingness to travel internationally 1‑2 times per year.
- Strong stakeholder communication, proactive problem‑solving, and a drive for continuous process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own end‑to‑end SAP system lifecycle: configuration, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Lead SAP roll‑out and upgrade initiatives, ensuring alignment with global technology strategy.
- Architect and implement custom ABAP and FIORI/UI5 solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Mentor and supervise junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Identify and propose innovations (e.g., automation, AI, digital twins) within the SAP ecosystem.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation of development procedures.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced SAP ABAP programming (30‑year+): objects, BADI, enhancements, reports, data migration.
- SAP FIORI/UI5 development: HTML5, SAPUI5 controls, OData services, CDS views.
- Adobe Forms (Acrobat) development.
- Integration experience with SAP Cloud Integration or BTP.
- Deep understanding of SD, MM, FI, and CO modules, including business processes and transaction flows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- SAP ABAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP Development) preferred.
- SAP FIORI/UI5 certification a plus.
