**Job Title** Software Solutions Integrator – Open Source ITSM/ESM (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead the integration, customization, and support of open‑source IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions for enterprise clients. Deliver workshops, configure platforms, develop extensions, and coordinate delivery testing. **Expectations** - Full‑time, 35 hours/week with flexibility for remote work and occasional client visits. - Actively engage in new business development and pre‑sales activities. - Collaborate across distributed teams and maintain high professionalism in bilingual communication (French & English). - Demonstrate autonomy, rigorous project management, and a pragmatic, innovative mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Project leadership: plan, execute, and close client integration projects. - Configure and extend open‑source platforms (e.g., iTop) – defining parameters, coding new modules, and integrating with client IT infrastructure. - Conduct workshops, deliver training, and perform delivery validation with clients. - Support and mentor colleagues on technical and business matters. - Participate in R&D: design, develop, and refine external modules (Extensyo). - Contribute to pre‑sales: requirements analysis, solution scoping, effort estimation, and product demonstrations. - Own and manage the portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring continuous delivery improvement. **Required Skills** - Strong programming: PHP, XML, MySQL/MariaDB; experience with REST/JSON web services. - Linux operating system proficiency. - Project management: time‑management, stakeholder coordination, delivery assurance. - Excellent communication in French (oral and written); professional English sufficient for workshops and documentation. - Team orientation with a self‑directed, detail‑oriented work style. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s +4 or +5 degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent). - ITSM/ESM domain knowledge preferred. - ITIL certification valued. ---
