Job Description: Job Title: Software Development Intern Role Summary: Contribute to the digital transformation of a growing accounting and advisory firm by designing, building, and optimizing internal web tools, scripts, and automation workflows under the guidance of senior leaders. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code in a fast‑moving environment, demonstrate rigorous organizational and analytical skills, work autonomously while maintaining clear communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop internal web applications and scripts (JavaScript/Python). - Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflow processes. - Structure and process data from documents, spreadsheets, and databases. - Integrate external services via REST API. - Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing systems. - Perform unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing; iterate based on feedback. - Produce concise technical documentation and user guides. Required Skills: - Proficient in JavaScript and/or Python. - Familiarity with web development technologies and RESTful APIs. - Comfortable working with relational/non‑relational databases. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑synthesis abilities. - Self‑motivated, organized, curious, and solution‑oriented.
