**Job Title:** Marketing Communications Manager **Role Summary:** Strategic leader responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing and PR programs across U.S. and Canadian markets. Drives brand positioning, messaging, and demand‑generation initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership and external stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Create and own marketing strategy from inception; operate with an entrepreneurial, out‑of‑the‑box mindset. - Represent the brand confidently in client‑facing, media, and executive settings. - Build trusted relationships internally and with media, partners, and influencers. - Align all communications with corporate culture and brand values. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement integrated marketing & PR plans (positioning, messaging, go‑to‑market). - Lead digital channels: social, email, website, content, paid media. - Produce high‑impact assets: press releases, thought leadership, case studies, newsletters, sales enablement. - Manage media relations, influencer outreach, and partnership development. - Plan and execute events, product launches, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. - Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize tactics continuously. - Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. - Oversee external vendors, agencies, and freelancers; scale resources as function grows. **Required Skills:** - Strategic marketing planning and execution (5‑8 + years). - Strong digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics expertise. - Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities. - Proven ability to build programs from the ground up. - Influential communication and relationship‑building skills. - Multi‑tasking with a focus on strategic outcomes. - Familiarity with media relations and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. **Nice‑to‑Have (Optional):** - B2B technology or complex‑industry experience. - Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo). - Design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). - Background in agency or high‑growth company environments.
