Job Description
**Job title** Digitalisation Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and implement end‑to‑end digitalisation projects, converting paper and manual processes into electronic workflows. Act as the bridge between business users, IT, and external vendors to deliver stable, efficient digital solutions while ensuring continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Achieve project milestones on time and within budget. - Maintain high user satisfaction through effective training and support. - Continuously align digital solutions with evolving industry standards and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather and analyse business requirements for digitalisation initiatives (EDI, electronic invoicing, document management). - Assess existing systems, evaluate technical/ organisational impacts, and identify risks. - Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, estimate project effort, and drive stakeholder alignment. - Communicate progress through status reports and dashboards. - Schedule and coordinate testing, validation, and user acceptance activities in partnership with business leads. - Design and deliver training sessions to enable smooth adoption of new solutions. - Ensure reliable integration and operational stability in collaboration with vendors. - Provide functional support to users, addressing issues and enhancing service quality. - Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and user practices. - Conduct proactive monitoring of functional and regulatory developments related to digitalisation and e‑invoicing. **Required Skills** - Strong project management methodology knowledge (planning, risk, stakeholder management). - Proven experience designing and deploying digitalisation solutions (EDI, electronic invoicing, electronic document management). - Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, cross‑functional teams. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and status tracking tools. - Knowledge of accounting and finance processes is an advantage. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on regulatory changes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Relevant project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) highly desirable.
