**Job title:** Associate, Office of the CEO
**Role Summary:**
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and co‑founders, handling high‑impact business initiatives across finance, partnership operations, capital markets, M&A, and executive communications. Execute rapid, data‑driven solutions to complex, ambiguous challenges while maintaining confidentiality and flexibility.
**Expectations:**
- Work onsite in the designated office three days a week.
- Operate with full discretion, directly engaging senior leaders, investors, and major partners.
- Demonstrate agility by shifting focus daily to meet evolving company priorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Build, refine, and validate complex financial models (forecasting, scenario analysis, unit economics, shareholder waterfall, etc.).
2. Lead partnership business operations: model economics, assess profitability, and project growth.
3. Drive capital‑markets activities: fundraising, investor outreach, data‑room prep, financial analysis, and return modeling.
4. Conduct market & competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
5. Draft Board materials, CEO readouts, investor decks, strategy presentations, and internal communications.
6. Manage M&A workstreams: sourcing, valuation, modeling, diligence, operational integration planning, and deal structuring.
7. Perform firm‑wide data analysis: monitor KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
8. Partner with cross‑functional leaders on new growth opportunities, ROI assessment, and business case development.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with clarity for senior leadership.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
