**Job Title** Front-End Developer **Role Summary** Design, build, and maintain high-performance web interfaces using React and TypeScript. Lead code quality and performance, collaborate across teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable front‑end architecture. **Expectations** - Deliver clean, reusable code and libraries for future scalability. - Evaluate and validate UI/UX designs for technical feasibility. - Identify and implement performance, load, and stress‑test improvements. - Resolve critical production issues promptly and maintain high responsiveness. - Engage in rigorous code reviews and provide technical guidance. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop modern front‑end solutions following best practices. - Consume and integrate RESTful APIs. - Write and maintain deployment packages and documentation per standard policies. - Collaborate with Backend, QA, Product Owner, and Designers to deliver features. - Perform performance testing and recommend scalability enhancements. - Conduct thorough code reviews and validate technical solutions. **Required Skills** - 4+ years experience with React and TypeScript. - Strong understanding of web development best practices, UI/UX usability, and security principles. - Proficiency in web performance optimization. - Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Licenses or certifications not mandatory, but knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI productivity tools is a plus. ---
