**Job title** Digital Media Client Director (Director/Directrice Clientèle) **Role Summary** Lead the expansion of digital advertising revenue (display, video, audio, social) with media agencies. Drive the development, commercialization, and optimization of digital advertising offerings for a major media group. Report on performance, maintain agency relationships, and support cross‑departmental sales teams in a fast‑moving public‑ad environment. **Expectations** - 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably at an agency or in‑house ad‑tech (programmatic/RTB). - Deep knowledge of digital media channels and ecosystem. - Strong initiative, excellent collaboration skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment. - Professional English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** - Grow digital sales (display, video, audio, social) among media agencies. - Contribute to the creation, marketing, and optimization of digital advertising products. - Provide regular activity reports and performance insights. - Cultivate relationships with agency partners and trading desks. - Support colleagues from other business units in selling digital solutions. - Represent the digital advertising division internally and externally. **Required Skills** - Digital advertising strategy & programmatic (RTB) expertise. - Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and analytics. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or digital media. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar) are an advantage but not mandatory.
