Job Description
**Job Title:** Head of Cyber Security **Role Summary:** Lead and evolve the group’s cybersecurity program, integrating technical operations with governance, risk, and compliance. Own the defense architecture across IT, cloud, and OT; drive a multi‑year cyber roadmap aligned with business objectives; mentor and build a high‑performance security team; translate complex risk into executive‑level guidance. **Expactations:** - Serve as the single authority on cyber risk for a PLC. - Balance deep technical expertise with strategic stakeholder engagement. - Deliver measurable resilience improvements and a culture of security awareness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement the enterprise security architecture (corporate IT, cloud, OT). - Lead threat management, vulnerability management, and incident response programs. - Develop, test, and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans. - Create and execute a multi‑year cyber strategy aligned with business goals. - Champion security awareness, training, and risk‑aware culture across the organization. - Communicate risk posture and recommendations to executives and Board. - Mentor and grow the security team, managing talent acquisition, development, and succession. - Apply and maintain frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF). **Required Skills:** - Senior leadership in full‑cycle corporate cyber security. - Proven technical expertise in architecture, threat & vulnerability management, incident response. - Strong governance, risk, and compliance acumen. - Excellent communication, influence, and presentation to executive audiences. - Experience in manufacturing, industrial or multi‑site environments; OT security preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Advanced professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) strongly preferred.
