Job Description

**Job Title**: Consultant – National Security **Role Summary**: Lead and deliver national security consulting engagements, managing workstreams, building client relationships, and providing analytical insights to support critical security missions. **Expactations**: - Deliver tangible, impactful results for complex problems. - Foster professional relationships with client peers and internal teams. - Engage diverse stakeholders, from technical delivery to end users. - Gather, analyze, and present data clearly and efficiently. - Communicate effectively in writing and speaking. - Continuously develop consulting skills through training and practice. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and lead national security engagements and workstreams. - Act as primary client interface, establishing trust and credibility. - Coordinate with technical delivery teams and operational end users. - Collect, compile, analyze, and present data and findings. - Draft and deliver client reports, briefings, and presentations. - Collaborate with internal practices on marketing, recruitment, and wellbeing initiatives. **Required Skills**: - Active DV security clearance. - Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Business Change within an Agile environment. - Prior experience in national security (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - DV security clearance. - Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.
